The Bradley Smoker® is capable of cold or hot smoking and slow, low-temperature roasting. Smoke meat for up to 8 hours without supervision. Smoke generator features a unique process that burns a bisquette for 20 minutes, then pushes if off the burner by another bisquette and extinguishes it in a pot of water. The cycle continues as along as the smoker is loaded with bisquettes. Fully insulated powder epoxy steel exterior, aluminum interior. Four 11in. x 15in. nickel-plated cooking racks provide 572 sq. inches of cooking surface. Optimum temperature (320°F max., 140°F min.) controlled by infinite head slide switch.
